I have been working in the travel industry for more than twenty years, starting my carrier with one of the largest and best-known private airlines in the world. I am honored to have been part of the airline industry for nine years, during which I received five awards recognizing my contribution toward customer satisfaction and dedication to the success of the company. I have traveled the world extensively, having visited the South Pacific, North America, Asia, Europe, and my native South America. I love to travel, it’s my passion, and I am thrilled to help others with their travel plans.In addition to formal training in customer service both in Brazil and the United States, I have a master’s degree in marketing. My focus is first and foremost on my client to ensure that their travel plans are designed in their best interest and tailored to their wishes. My greatest strengths may be in anticipating and fulfilling my clients’ needs.
